May 20, 2011
one thing i’m good at is being a tourist in my own town. i remember in vancouver i would LOVE to discover all the beauties in around the city. and when we had people come visit, i would be their very own tour guide. :)
well here i go now in manila - ready to discover the gems that lie beneath my feet. and what better way then with phototours?
may i present….

there is always so much colour and textures at the markets!

the city has so much visual stimulation, both day and night!

manila cathedral - one of the oldest churches in manila

the spanish influence is seen everywhere - the kalesa
ww2 jeeps converted into public utility vehicles, fondly known as the JEEPNEY nothing else quences your thirst on a hot day like cold buko (young coconut) juice fort santiago & intramuros..the walled city with so much history jose rizal - the national hero

so many people, so many streets, so many treasures waiting for you to discover!

i’m so excited about these tours! not only will we be able to discover all the beauty of the metropolis, but we will be photographing, learning from each other, and becoming better photographers at the same time! EXCELLENT!
